PLEASE TAKE NOTE that the Township Board of the Charter Township of Elmwood will hold a special meeting on January 20, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. by electronic remote access. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss short term rentals and the zoning ordinance amendment allowing some short term rentals that was forwarded by the Planning Commission. The Board will also discuss the licensing ordinance recommended by the Planning Commission to regulate short term rentals.
